Before boarding any dog/s, we must meet your dog/s & we have the right to refuse to board any breed of dog. Your dog/s must feel comfortable with us and our facility and we also must feel comfortable with your dog/s.
For the protection of your beloved dog and for the protection of the other dogs being boarded in our facility, we must have proof that your dog/s have of all shots (Distemper, Hepatitis (CAV-2), Paraninflueza, Parovirus, Bordetella (kennel Cough) and Rabies) and deworming up to date, before boarding your dog/s. Updated shots must be given 14 day before boarding if your dog’s annual vaccinations have lapsed and were/are over due. If you can’t locate your dogs Immunization Records you can request your Veterinarian to email them to us. All records received from our clients are kept private and confidential.
You also must supply your dog’s own dog food. To change your dog’s food will mean they will get an upset stomach and will have loose stools for a few days. The dog food we can supply for you is called “Now” no grain dog food. If you should forget your dog’s food, we charge $5.00 a day extra if we have to supply your dog with dog food.
We need to be informed of the day and time you are planning to drop off and pick up your dog. This needs to be given the day that you book your dog/s boarding. Should you need to cancel your booking we can also be reached by phone or email. Consideration is not just a courtesy, but mandatory should you wish to book your pet with us in the future.
