Visiting hours for Winter are between 9 am until 3 pm Monday through Saturday, with an appointment.
Drop off and pick up time are from 8 am until 8 pm, Monday through Sunday and Hollidays, with an appointment.
We are closed on Sundays & Holidays for visiting, unless an appointment has been made in advance.
For the best result notification two weeks in advance, or sooner is advisable. This is to avoid disappointment. For short term notice boarding we accept phone calls to confirm availability or space and the boarding application can be filled out at that time. Before booking your holidays it is best if you contact us to make sure we have space to board your dog/s. After sending a boarding application in and you don’t hear from us with in 48 hrs. please email or phone us just incase there are web site or internet issues.
We have our online boarding application that must be filled out before each stay on our web site, so you can book your dog/s stay ahead of time 24/7. Drop off and pick up time is required on all boarding applications. We will email you back under 24 hours from receiving the application to confirm your information with you. For short term notice boarding you can phone or email us to inform up to your needs, to make sure we have enough room for your dog/s and then fill out a boarding application.
When coming for a visit or dropping of your dog or picking up your dog and you are doing to be late, a phone call would be appreciated so we know you are safe and still on your way.
